Welcome to MerinoLook. By visiting or purchasing from www.merinolook.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
This website is operated by MerinoLook Studio, based in Toronto, Canada.

1. General Information

MerinoLook offers handcrafted garments in limited quantities. Variations in color, texture, or stitching may occur and are considered part of natural, small-batch production.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the site or products without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

All garments are handmade in limited quantities. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Once an item is sold out, it may not return or be restocked due to the nature of production.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice.
Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. Orders & Confirmation

Orders are confirmed via email.
If any item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified and refunded or offered an alternative.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or holidays are outside our control.
International customers are responsible for customs fees or import duties.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
Requests related to defects, incorrect items, or sizing may be accepted within 48 hours of delivery (see Refund Policy).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

MerinoLook reserves the right to approve or deny any request based on our quality inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, videos, texts, and content on this website are the property of MerinoLook and protected by Canadian copyright law.
Reproduction, resale, duplication, or misuse of any content or product is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

MerinoLook is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once transferred to the courier.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and stored according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell customer data under any circumstances.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
