Refund & Return Policy

At MerinoLook, each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship. Due to the artisanal nature of our garments, all sales are final, with the exception of approved defect, incorrect item, or size-related cases.


Eligibility for Review (Defective, Incorrect, or Size Issues)

To ensure quality and hygiene, only items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached may be considered.

Clients must:

  1. Inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

  2. Report any issue within 48 hours by emailing info@merinolook.com with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

Requests received after 48 hours cannot be accepted.


Store Credit or Exchange

If your request is approved, one of the following may be offered at our discretion:

  • Store Credit (valid for 12 months)

  • Exchange for the same style in a different size

  • Replacement if the item is faulty or incorrect

If the issue is determined to be our error, replacement shipping will be covered by MerinoLook.


Final Sale Conditions

No claim can be processed if the item:

  • Has been worn, used for an event, or shows signs of perfume, makeup, deodorant, or damage

  • Has been washed, altered, or tailored

  • Has missing or removed tags

  • Is reported after the 48-hour window

Once worn or altered, the item is considered accepted in perfect condition.
