Refund & Return Policy

At MerinoLook, each garment is individually handcrafted in limited quantities, reflecting meticulous attention to craftsmanship, fit, and detail.

Because our pieces are made by hand and produced in small batches, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped. However, in rare circumstances, a size exchange or replacement may be considered if reported within 3 hours of delivery, and only if the item remains unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Defective, Incorrect, or Size-Related Requests:

1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery, before wearing or removing any tags.

2. Report the issue within 3 hours of delivery by emailing info@merinolook.com with:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

- A brief description of the issue (defect, incorrect item, or sizing)

3. Our quality team will review your request. If approved, a store credit or replacement (same style, different size) may be arranged at our discretion.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.

Once an item has been worn, used for an event, washed, or altered, it is considered accepted in perfect condition, and no further claim or exchange will be processed.

Please Note:

- Requests received after 3 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

- Every garment is photographed and quality-inspected before dispatch.

- Because our designs are handmade and limited-edition, returned pieces cannot be restocked or resold.
