We offer worldwide shipping from our Toronto studio. Each order is hand-prepared, carefully packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 4–8 business days

  • USA: 7–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

All orders include tracking information once shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Because our garments are handcrafted in limited quantities, processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Express and international shipping options are available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

MerinoLook is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel is shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility transfers to the courier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly.

We will assist where possible, but MerinoLook is not liable for courier errors or stolen packages.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
